Every Naturepedic mattress passes all flammability requirements without the use of ANY flame retardant chemicals. It's true! Smart design coupled with the elimination of highly combustible materials like polyurethane foam make it all possible.
NO GLUES OR ADHESIVES

It's really hard to find a mattress without glue. Even "organic mattresses" often contain several pounds of industrial adhesives, especially in their coil systems. At Naturepedic, we've engineered custom processes that do not use glue or adhesives. We're 100% committed to chemical safety – and honesty!
NO POLYURETHANE FOAM

Polyurethane foam, including memory foam, is used in nearly all conventional mattresses. This highly flammable material is not the most eco-friendly option. Naturepedic does not use polyurethane foam in any of its products providing sleepers with safer, more eco-friendly alternatives.
