Naturepedic pillows and bedding come with a 1 year non-prorated, limited warranty. This warranty covers manufacturer's defects only, and excludes normal wear & tear, abuse, or failure to follow proper care instructions.

Naturepedic toppers come with a 10 year prorated, limited warranty for personal, residential use ONLY. For commercial use, the Naturepedic topper warranty is 5 years. This warranty covers manufacturer's defects only, and excludes normal wear & tear, abuse, or failure to follow proper care instructions.

Rotate your mattress or topper regularly.

Ensure proper ventilation; avoid placing directly on the floor.

Don't saturate with water or use chemical cleaners.

Use a mattress pad and wash regularly.

Do not jump, dive or flop on your mattress.

Do not sit for prolonged periods on the edges of your mattress.

Spot clean only - do not saturate your mattress or topper with water, and avoid using soaps, solvents, or chemical cleaners. These can damage the raw materials of your mattress or topper. Instead, use a high-quality mattress pad or protector to keep your mattress sanitary. If your mattress or topper becomes stained, it will void your warranty.

Naturepedic mattresses (excluding Halcyon) come with a 100-Night Trial to allow you to test and enjoy your mattress. Customers must keep their new mattress for a minimum of 30-days before initiating a return or exchange of an eligible mattress. Mattresses MUST have the law label intact, and be clean and free from any pests/insects, rips/tears, scuffs, hair, or foreign odors. Halcyon mattresses are NOT returnable. Naturepedic mattress toppers come with a 30-Night Trial. Toppers MUST have the law label intact, and be clean and free from any pests/insects, rips/tears, scuffs, hair, or foreign odors.

The return policy for Naturepedic pillows and bedding is 30 days. The item MUST be in new condition in its original packaging to be eligible for return.

There are some items that are non-refundable: foundations, bed frames, adjustable bases, and furniture purchased from SLEEP365, custom or special-order items, closeouts or discontinued items, floor models or “as is” items, shipping and/or service fees.
