This time mattress shopping was a very comfortable and surprisingly pleasant experience. On the strength of others' reviews, we decided to try this store. Michael was very easy to work with. He walked through all the options with us and explained the many ways we could customize our bed to each of our needs. He explained the materials, the warranty for each type of mattress, the lead time, where they are manufactured (maybe "crafted" is a better word), and more. He definitely knows his business.

After years of searching I finally feel like I found my pillow. It was really the shape that does it for me as I’ve had latex pillows before. But the shape is great for back or side. I tried it at a friends and ordered immediately when I got home. So happy to finally receive it in the mail!

Michael was amazingly helpful and simultaneously low key. Highly recommend. And what awesome Naturepedic mattresses!!

I recently visited the showroom of Sleep365. Upon entering I was quickly greeted and expertly guided through mattress options. Upon my selection, the transaction was thorough and efficient. I have bought mattresses from this company over the years, and they never disappoint from buying to delivery. My family members love the mattresses.

Buying a mattress is necessary, but not always fun. But..this experience was great.
We received excellent serive and were educated on how the product was produced.
We were able to choose the firmness of each side of the bed to accommodate our individual needs.
I wanted a mattress made with all natural fibers so this was the best place to shop.
We are very happy with our purchase and the warranty concerning the bed.

Shopping at Sleep365 was such a pleasurable experience that I’m sure I’ll be back. The sales lady was a real delight; she had her little dog with her and we immediately connected over our dogs. She was knowledgeable and diligent. She also made sure that I got precisely what I was looking for. I got some pillows and comforter that not only look beautiful, but most importantly feel like on cloud 9. I’ll definitely recommend the store to all my friends!

I used to wake up with lots of aches and pains in my neck and my back. The Supta six inch medium has helped to resolve them. I occasionally wake up because of the firmness of the pillow. I wish they’d make this pillow in a 6 inch soft.

I have interacted with two of the employees at the Marin SLEEP365. I think they are both the kindest people I have ever interacted at a store - probably two of the kindest people I’ve interacted with period.
Furthermore, they are super knowledgeable about their products. And they do not push the sale at all! Instead they let the quality of their mattresses speak for themselves. I am so happy to have dealt with these good people. I am sure you will agree with me if you end up visiting their store.

The pillow came very high and firm. I took out quite a lot of fillings and adjusted it to the firmness and height I like in the middle (lower) for the back sleeping and sides (higher) for side sleeping position. Less pressure on my pace maker when sleeping on the left side with less effect on my right SI joint.

We had the absolute best experience here thanks to Michael Sweet! From the moment we walked in. Unlike other stores we’ve visited and felt like prey for a shark or just totally ignored. We’ve had experiences where employees would be snobby or just rude but he was not at all. He made us feel completely welcome.

I planned to give him a great review after his explanation of baby mattresses which was one of the main reasons for coming. Before coming in I was pretty confused about the difference of these baby mattresses and wanted some clarification. I was able to clearly understand everything he explains helping me to correct our baby registry with the correct mattress. A+ Job!

Next we told him we were interested in a new mattress and he explained each one throughly and I must add not once did he get annoyed at all the questions we made or make us feel like we needed to hurry up. We took our time trying out the mattresses and re trying them. He didn’t lurk over us the whole time either. He walked away to let us try the beds in peace. He was very kind and sweet just as his last name suggests lol. He was also a good conversationalist. Michael even considered to encourage us to possibly order our mattress a little later so we could have it and try it while it’s still under the 100 day exchange period during my wife’s pregnancy and after.

Not once did he pressure us or anything. We ended up buying a mattress today due to his kindness, knowledge, and professionalism. Went with the EOS Pillowtop mattress which is a dream to sleep on. I highly recommend checking this place out and trying out their softest mattress! Can’t wait till it comes in.

(We have now been sleeping on our new mattress for 3 months and had to come back and state how much we love it. It’s so soft and comfortable. And knowing we’re sleeping on something non toxic is amazing! Go get you one asap!)

Taz is very knowledgeable and helped me choose the best mattress. I couldn't ask for a better person to help me through mattress shopping journey. The Presidio hybrid is outstanding in all categories and am very happy with it. I have had it for 6 months now and have zero complaints. Also, the pillows are amazing!

The Presidio Hybrid Mattress is very comfortable, it suits me perfectly. I am 114 pounds, and it feels like it just holds me. Cushy, yet not too soft and supportive. I am very happy with this mattress.
