Extremely Helpful!
Michael was extremely helpful! It's been 3 days since we received the new mattress, and we loved it! We came to the store three separate times to compare and contrast with the models we saw at other mattress stores. Do I need an appointment to visit the Burlingame showroom?
No — walk-ins are always welcome during our hours (10am–6pm, every day). But if you'd like a dedicated sleep consultant to walk you through the SLEEP365 System without waiting, we recommend booking an appointment. Appointments are free.
Where do I park?
Free 2-hour street parking is available on Howard Ave. directly in front of the showroom. Free municipal parking lots are within a 2-minute walk on Lorton Ave. and Park Rd. If you're driving in for a longer consultation or a Vispring fitting, ask us when you book and we'll guide you to the longer-term lots.
Can I take Caltrain?
Yes — we're two blocks from Burlingame Caltrain station. The walk is flat and takes 3–4 minutes. SamTrans buses also stop nearby.
What brands do you carry in the Burlingame showroom?
We carry the full Naturepedic organic mattress line (adult, kids, and crib), Vispring handmade luxury mattresses, and the SLEEP365 organic hybrid and organic latex collections. We also stock organic pillows, toppers, sheets, comforters, mattress protectors, and platform beds in-store.
Can I try a Vispring mattress in person?
Yes. SLEEP365 is one of the largest US Vispring retailers, and our Burlingame showroom has the Vispring collection set up for in-person testing. We're currently offering a complimentary Heaven Topper with any Vispring purchase.
Do you have organic baby and kids mattresses in-store?
Yes — the Naturepedic organic crib mattress and kids' mattress lines are available in the Burlingame showroom. We can also order any Naturepedic SKU not on the floor.
Do you deliver to my home?
Yes — local white-glove delivery is available throughout the Bay Area, including same-week scheduling for most addresses on the Peninsula. Delivery fees and timing depend on the product and your location; ask the showroom team for a quote.
Can I return a mattress if it doesn't work out?
SLEEP365 organic mattresses come with a 100-night trial — sleep on it for at least 30 nights, and if it isn't right, we'll work with you on an exchange or return. See our full 100-night trial policy for details. (Vispring and Naturepedic policies vary by product — ask in-store.)
Are your mattresses really organic?
Yes. The mattresses we carry are GOTS- and/or GOLS-certified organic — the strictest organic textile and latex standards in the world. Naturepedic, Vispring, and SLEEP365 each publish their certifications, and we keep documentation on hand at the showroom.
How does the SLEEP365 System work?
The SLEEP365 System is our in-showroom consultation process — a sleep consultant asks about your current sleep, body type, position preferences, and partner considerations, then walks you through 4–6 mattresses we think will fit. Most consultations take 45–60 minutes. There's no purchase pressure — we'd rather you sleep on the decision than rush it.
