Constructed from solid North American, kiln-dried lumber, our 1.5" Ultra Low-Profile Foundation (Bunkie Board) is suitable for platform beds and bunks, and may be used with any mattress. It features GOTS certified organic cotton fabric covers for beautiful aesthetics and maximum breathability, with no off gassing or toxic fire retardants. 

The Queen size has one center support rail; King and Cal-King sizes come with two center support rails for enhanced strength and rigidity. The modular design ensures easy assembly with just a flat-head screwdriver. 

Please read all instructions before assembling your new foundation to avoid causing unwarrantable damage.

If ordering Split Cal King foundations, two pieces are needed for a Cal King mattress.

If ordering Split King, two pieces are required for a King size mattress.

Arrange all rails in place, right-side up, with matching hand-written intersection numbers together - 1&1, 2&2,3&3, etc.

Slide notches of End Rails over the corresponding ends of the Side Rails (and over Center Rail for Queen size)

Using a flat head screwdriver and Screws, screw in all intersections. (If you don't have a screwdriver, you can use a quarter or a butter knife)

Starting at each end at the head and the foot, with the hook & loop tape on the Slat Rolls facing down, unroll the Slats toward the middle, pressing them firmly onto the hook & loop on the inside Side Rail ledge.
