This pillow is perfect for back and side sleeping. And you can customize the fill to be sure it’s just enough for those who like their pillows a little less or more plump. No neck cramps after a few weeks of use. Not too soft or too firm and retains its springy feel all night without compacting. Wish it cans with a washable cover for the unique shape, but otherwise worth the price.
