What is the warranty period for your mattresses?
We offer a 10-Year Non-Prorated, Limited Warranty on our mattresses. Unlike most other mattress companies, with SLEEP365® you will also receive coverage for accidental damage for 10 years with your purchase (accidental stains, burns, cuts excluding normal wear & tear). To whom is the warranty applicable?
This limited mattress warranty extends to the original purchaser of the SLEEP365 mattress only and is not transferable.
Why do you emphasize a 10-Year Warranty over longer ones?
While 20 or 25-year warranties may sound appealing, they are usually prorated and have other fees and restrictions. Realistically, most people purchase a new mattress every 7-10 years because their body and comfort needs change, so our warranty aligns more with actual usage and consumer needs.

What if I buy non-SLEEP365® branded products from you?
Any items purchased from SLEEP365 which are not SLEEP365 branded products are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty and you must file any claims directly with the manufacturer of that product.
Foundation Warranty
What is the warranty period for your foundations?
Beginning on the date of purchase or delivery (whichever is later), your new SLEEP365 foundation is covered by a 10-year non-prorated, limited warranty. SLEEP365 warrants the foundation against defects in material and workmanship only for a period of 10 years when the foundation is used for its intended purpose as a mattress support in a residential setting. To whom is the warranty applicable?
This limited foundation warranty extends to the original purchaser of the SLEEP365 foundation only and is not transferable. This warranty is null and void if the foundation is used in any commercial or rental capacity or to support any other mattress than a SLEEP365 mattress.
Adjustable Bases Warranty
What is the Standard Adjustable Base manufacturer's limited warranty?
Standard: 20 year Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty
- Year 1: parts, shipping, labor
- Years 2-5: parts only
- Years 6-20: prorated replacement cost for parts associated with the frame, deck, legs and hardware only, electronics and motors excluded.
In addition to the manufacturer’s warranty, the purchase of any adjustable base from SLEEP365 includes additional protection extending the original manufacturer’s warranty for parts and labor for 10 years. See the SLEEP365 Protection Plan section below for more information.

Proper Care Instructions
What tips do you recommend for proper mattress care?
Rotate your mattress or topper regularly.
Ensure proper ventilation; avoid placing directly on the floor.
Don't saturate with water or use chemical cleaners.
Use a mattress pad and wash regularly.
Do not jump, dive or flop on your mattress.
Do not sit for prolonged periods on the edges of your mattress.

How should I clean my mattress or topper?
Spot clean only - do not saturate your mattress or topper with water, and avoid using soaps, solvents, or chemical cleaners. These can damage the raw materials of your mattress or topper. Instead, use a high-quality mattress pad or protector to keep your mattress sanitary. If your mattress or topper becomes stained, it will void your warranty.
SLEEP365® Protection Plan
Mattress Protection Plan Details
The purchase of any SLEEP365® brand mattress includes 10 Year Complete Mattress Protection Plan coverage furnished by Guardsman®. This plan is valued at $100. The plan service agreement and details will be furnished to customer via e-mail. To file a claim for service under the plan, customer must contact Guardsman®. Guardsman® is the sole governor of the plan. Any and all decisions regarding claims for service are made strictly by Guardsman®. JBRP Lifestyles LLC DBA SLEEP365® has no bearing on the claims process, service providers, services performed, or ultimate outcomes of claims or services rendered.
Adjustable Bed Base Protection Plan Details
The purchase of any adjustable bed base includes 10 Year Complete Adjustable Bed Base Protection Plan coverage furnished by Guardsman®. This plan is valued at $150. The plan service agreement and details will be furnished to customer via e-mail. To file a claim for service under the plan, customer must contact Guardsman®. Return Policy
What is the return policy (sleep trial) for your mattresses?
We offer a 100-Night Trial to allow you to test and enjoy your mattress. Customers must keep their new mattress (or mattresses, for multiple purchases) for a minimum of 30-days before initiating a return of an eligible mattress. Are there any items that are not returnable?
There are some items that are non-refundable: foundations, bed frames, adjustable bases, furniture, custom or special-order items, closeouts or discontinued items, floor models or “as is” items.
